Approved Grade 3 Artisanal Skybuilders' Wyvern

Is this an actual wyvern, or simply a sizable wavekin that bears a remarkable resemblance to its namesake? It is not immediately clear─and neither is why the creature is so vital for the restoration effort. It is artisanal, though, which doubtless counts for something. ※Not included in the fish guide.
